How it works

One scorer for matches, practice and pub nights

Darts Match Centre is a browser-based 501 scorer. A player or marker enters each visit, and the application handles the remaining total, turns, busts, legs and match result. Nothing needs to be installed, and the same saved match can be viewed on phones, desktop monitors or a separate pub display.

Normal and remote matches

Use one scorer for two players in the same room, or create a trusted Remote Play match so players in different locations enter their own visits. Match links can be protected with a scorer PIN, while the stats view remains read-only for spectators.

Solo practice with useful targets

Practice Mode records one player’s visits, leg averages, doubles attempts and scoring bands. Ranked sessions contribute to persistent records, while recent-form comparisons and a three-leg personal-best target show whether the current session is ahead or behind normal performance.

Bot and Mirror opponents

Computer opponents cover a range of playing levels. Mirror Match goes further by creating an opponent from recorded scoring and checkout performance. As the underlying player improves, that personal benchmark can improve as well.

Statistics built from real visits

Completed scoring creates three-dart and first-nine averages, 100+, 140+ and 180 counts, checkout records, legs and match history. Results depend on the visits entered: the application calculates the game but does not claim to detect darts automatically.

Getting started

Set up a 501 match in four steps

1. Add the players

Enter two player names for a normal match, choose a bot, or sign into a reserved profile when the result should contribute to that player’s persistent record.

2. Choose the format

Select the starting score and match length. Best of five legs means the first player to win three legs takes the match.

3. Enter each visit

Add the score from up to three darts and submit the visit. Use Bust when the player goes below zero, leaves one or reaches zero without the required finishing double.

4. Review the result

At the end of the match, open the stats page for averages, high scoring, checkouts and a leg-by-leg breakdown. Completed matches remain available in the archive.
